Privacy

Short version: your taps and your audio files stay on your device.

• No accounts. There's nothing to sign up for.
• Audio files are not uploaded. The BPM detector decodes and analyses the file inside your browser. It's never sent to a server.
• Local settings. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage. The site also stores its own pages in your browser's cache so the tools work offline.
• Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

If anything changes, for example if analytics are added, this page will say so first. Questions: hello@tempos.cc.
